Pros: drop off was quick

Cons: We did not get a car that was on par with the one we selected. They charged an extra EURO 35 because we were late to pick up due to flight delay. It took over hour to get the car because their systems were running slow.

Pros: Nice clean and new car. Was met in the parking lot on return which was pleasant and efficient.

Cons: Despite being 4th in a queue It took over an hour to collect our car which was very frustrating. Feel the service could have been much quicker. Also felt that they would likely penalise you for any minor damage whereas other companies are often more relaxed about tiny things.

Pros: They were friendly and professional

Cons: The fact that the agent got on his knees, looking for damage underneath the car. At first he found "damage" (a small scratch, according to him) under the car, and was going to attempt to bill me for it. When I pointed out that no one got on their knees when I picked up the car, and there was no way to tell if the damage was there from before, then he backed off. Seriously? Who looks for little scratches under the car?

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, VAT (value added tax).
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Winterization fee.
There is an additional charge of 35 EUR per rental for Winterization fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee of 62.50 EUR per rental applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee of 12.50 EUR per day, with a maximum of 62.50 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Canada, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.


In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Young driver fee, Senior driver fee.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.

During the winter season (15.11. to 15.04.), Winter tires may be mandatory on certain roads in the following locations: Split, Dubrovnik, Pula, Zadar. For more information please contact the car rental provider.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
