Pros: Friendly service. Assisted me to arrange panel beater on return and pay the $2100 bill instead of the $2500 excess
Cons: Being inexperienced about renting a car I would have appreciated encouragement to take out the extra car insurance especially on learning how many accidents the rental car company has to deal with each day which we learnt after returning our car. Unknown to us someone must have driven into the back of it when parked. The damage was therefore our responsibility. Also I would have appreciated them emphasising looking at plastic bumpers as well as paint work as a pre inspection and taking pics.
Pros: The manager saw us struggling with extra luggage and a baby and came and upgraded us to a bigger car at no extra charge - such a life saver!
Pros: Car was relatively new and had navigation
Cons: Agents were rude, extra charge, dirty car.

Cons: Just needed more clarification of the language used around insurance options when I had already made my choice on booking - perhaps just reconfirm verbally what choice I had made on booking as the booking was made several months before
Pros: The car was great and your reps lovely but appalling office in state of construction and really cold. It is disgusting that your reps have to work in those appalling conditions. I would think NZ health and safety rules are being broken!
